Calibre Healthcare Interiors recently completed a calming, contemporary fitout for Yarra Vascular Surgeons at Northern Private Hospital. Featuring soft curves and layered blue tones, the design prioritises patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
This project required fitting a high number of clinical and client requirements into a compact footprint, without compromising functionality or patient comfort. Balancing operational efficiency with a calm, contemporary aesthetic in an active hospital environment was a key challenge.
We maximised the compact space through smart planning, custom joinery, and clear zoning to ensure clinical efficiency. A soft, layered palette and curved detailing created a calm, welcoming atmosphere that met both functional and aesthetic goals.
Safety was prioritised throughout the design, with careful attention to accessibility, infection control, and clear patient flow. All finishes and fixtures were selected for durability and compliance with healthcare standards, ensuring a hygienic, low-maintenance environment that supports staff and patient wellbeing.
