Designing and delivering this specialist prosthodontic clinic in Adelaide came with several challenges. As a change-of-use project, the existing tenancy required significant adaptation to meet the structural and clinical demands of a dental environment. Repurposing the original timber floorboards was particularly complex, as they needed reinforcement to support new services and equipment. Balancing these technical upgrades with the desired green, timber, and black aesthetic required careful planning and close collaboration between the design and construction teams.

To address these challenges, Calibre Healthcare Interiors developed a tailored design and construction approach that balanced technical precision with aesthetic intent. The existing timber floors were carefully reinforced and restored, preserving their character while meeting clinical standards. Thoughtful spatial planning and detailing ensured that each area functioned efficiently for practitioners, while the refined palette of green, timber, and black created a professional yet calming atmosphere for patients.
