Dental Practice, Bundoora

This dentistry focuses on implants and cosmetic surgeries, so one challenge was ensuring our design accounted for the latest innovative technology and equipment the staff would be using. Another challenge was fitting medical gases into a relatively tight site of 128 square metres. We had to utilise every square metre with meticulous planning to ensure that no space went to waste. We also dealt with structural penetrations, and designed the clinic around these to achieve optimum patient flow.

Strategic planning from our experts ensured that we built this practice for success, patient flow, and staff’s comfort and ease. We designed this practice to maximise efficiency to accommodate functional requirements within a compact footprint. Prioritising staff workflows and natural light, the clinic’s design fosters class and tranquillity.

With its gracefully curved forms, feature ceiling lighting, and meticulous attention to detail, the interior exudes a profound sense of beauty. Staff workflows and sightlines were important in the planning of the clinic, and utilising natural light to illuminate all rooms helps to create an optimal environment.
